2. What Information We Collect
When you use our client enquiry form, we collect:
- Company name and contact name
- Phone number and email address
- Trades required, number of operatives, and project location
- Your message and any additional details
When you upload your CV through our candidate registration iframe, your CV and contact details are submitted directly to BME Recruitment Group's CRM system.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Respond to client enquiries and supply labour to construction projects
- Register candidates and match them with suitable temporary work opportunities
- Communicate with you about recruitment services and opportunities
4. How We Store Your Information
Your information is stored securely through Project Forward's CRM system and BME Recruitment Group's candidate CRM. We do not sell your data to third parties. We only keep your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Services
Our client enquiry form is processed through Project Forward's secure API. Our candidate CV upload is handled by BME Recruitment Group's CRM partner via an embedded iframe. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising services on this website.
6. Calls and Texts to Our Phone Numbers
Our phone numbers are run for us by our website provider, Project Forward Technologies Ltd, using Twilio. Calls are passed straight to our phone and aren't recorded. We keep a log of the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and any texts sent to the number, so we can get back to you.
If we miss your call and you rang from a UK mobile, you'll get a text from us. Our text assistant may then text with you for us to find out what you need, such as your trade and the cards you hold if you're looking for work. It's an AI assistant that runs on Claude, made by Anthropic, for Project Forward. We get a summary of your texts by email and get back to you ourselves. Reply STOP and it won't text you again.
If you send a website enquiry with a UK phone number, our phone may ring straight away so we can call you back while you're still looking. If we can't answer, you may get a text from us to say your message arrived.
If you email us your CV, we use it to register you and match you with work. We keep call and text records for up to 12 months. To have your details removed, contact us.
Taps on our phone number. When you tap our phone number on this website, the site counts the tap so we can see how many people ring us from it. The count notes only the page, where on the page the number was, which of our numbers it was and whether you were on a phone or a computer. It doesn’t use cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn’t record who you are or your IP address. If your browser sends a “do not track” or Global Privacy Control signal, the tap isn’t counted. Our website provider, Project Forward, keeps the counts on Google Firebase for up to 12 months.
